Developed under the strictest and most rigorous quality and food safety protocols, ensuring the traceability of every drop of olive oil produced, redefining the methodology of each process required for its production. PREMIUM EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Thanks to the complete vertical integration implemented, we manage and oversee the entire production cycle of our over 2,000 hectares in operation, fully guaranteeing the traceability of the fruit from our olive groves to each bottle of OILTOPÍA, ensuring the production of top-quality estate EVOOs, practically unprecedented.

Currently, our OILTOPÍA range offers 4 exceptional quality single-varietal EVOOs (Arbequina, Arbosana, Lecciana, and Picual), whose fruits are typically harvested during the first half of October ,always cold processed, avoiding the slightest thermal fluctuation during oil extraction, ensuring a perfect balance between fruitiness, bitterness, and spiciness, which gives them an unmistakable and distinct personality.

Our EVOOs are characterized by their outstanding aroma and flavour, marked by defined freshness and clearly fruity notes, derived from the exceptional climate provided by the privileged location of our olive groves, situated in the heart of the Guadalquivir Valley, facing the foothills of the majestic Sierra Morena in Córdoba.
