EVOOLUTION: from the field to the bottle, involving all the olive grove areas of the mill’s partners, subjecting those to the most demanding and rigorous standards of conditionality and controlled traceability, both at the agronomic and industrial levels. Our aim is to achieve maximum excellence in every production process necessary to obtain a premium extra virgin olive oil, backed by the most prestigious quality certifications in the market.
